The service is operated by YOUR GREATEST INVESTMENT LLC. Your agreement for use of the app is with YOUR GREATEST INVESTMENT LLC. You confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement, and if you are using the app on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

Your Greatest Investment is a personal planner: hour-by-hour day planning, priorities, tasks, appointments and reminders, habits, goals, reflections, personal financial notes and goals, reviews, reports and optional AI-assisted planning suggestions. Suggestions are proposals only — nothing is saved to your planner until you approve it.

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose, or to store or transmit unlawful content;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate another person;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service — no malware, probing, scanning, scraping, reverse engineering, or circumventing technical limits;
• resell, redistribute or sublicense access to the service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected, for your own personal or internal business planning. YOUR GREATEST INVESTMENT LLC retains all ownership of the service, including its software, design, documentation and branding.

Your content remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.

Some features use AI models to suggest plans, summaries and insights from the information you enter. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and it is not financial, legal, tax, medical or other professional advice. You are responsible for what you enter, for reviewing suggestions before approving them, and for the decisions you make. We may filter, refuse or restrict output, or suspend accounts, where use is abusive or unlawful.

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, updates and factors outside our reasonable control can affect availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Paid plans are billed as shown on our pricing page and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller under Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund commitment is set out in our refund policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We may suspend or terminate access where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonable and lawful, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

You can stop using the service at any time. You can download your data as a file or delete your account and its data from your account settings. After deletion, your planner data is removed and cannot be recovered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it to be excluded.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms as the service develops; material changes will be reflected on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which YOUR GREATEST INVESTMENT LLC is registered, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control.
